Middle of the night, no data from cameras, takes forever for app to respond, finally hub has “no internet connection”. Actually internet connection is good, so what gives. Will this be reliable if I leave on vacation?

is this happening every night or only once in awhile? Could it be that new firmware versions are being pushed out when you see this?

What are you seeing that is indicating the SmartHub has "no internet connection"? Are you seeing an error message? If so, where are you seeing it and what does it say?
