How to add a shared user?

Granting Access seems broken, how do you add users?

It would seem that you're using the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view recordings. Is that true? The new UI uses Feed and provides a different path to add guest accounts.

For the old UI, what happens when you use Settings, Grant Access? Are you filling in all info properly? Does the account show as pending? Does the other user get an email with a link to set things up? If so, have they tried doing so on a computer?
