Hello

I have used Arlo for over 5 years (2 cameras and) base. Never had an issue, was very happy with Arlo.  Now my videos are not being saved in my library.  I thought with a base, we wouldn’t need a subscription.  Did that change?

What camera models do you have, my pro2 still shows in the library.

Can you try making a manual recording to see if it appears in the library.

Check the selected mode has valid camera rules.

Check if the camera still sends push notifications for triggered events, camera settings page has a test utility for the motion sensor.

Ultras have always needed a subscription for cloud storage.

Can you confirm both the base model and the camera model(s)?

There's a VMBxxxx label on the base somewhere.  For the cameras, you can either

  • open the housing and remove the battery (then look at the label)
  • go into the support area of the app, select the camera, and scroll down to the product id field.
