Can I reduce network bandwidth and cloud storage by reducing the field-of-view in my Ultra camera?

Not sure that it would save bandwidth, but you can change the Video Mode in Video Settings.

 

There isn't any need to reduce cloud storage. You aren't charged by the Mb.
