Arlo no recording manually started clip, but does motion clips

The Arlo does not record manually started clips locally, only to the cloud. Motion detected clips record locally. Is this a feature?? or just one of the numerous bugs and issues?

No its not a feature or bug. Manual recordings are just to cloud as stated. Wish it could but you can download it from the cloud. Its stated here.
