It turns out I have been being charged for an old service plan for my business every month on Paypal.  I cannot find a phone number to talk to customer service and it won't let me chat with anyone because I don't have a plan.  Its 19.88 a month which adds up.  If it had been on my regular business credit card, I would have noticed, but the equipment failed and I canceled the plan. THey kept collectingl. How do I contact someone to get my money back? Or do I just have to  report fraud to my credit card company?
