Cannot install Ultra base station - blue LED and all

I have a blue LED showing.
I connect the phone to the home wifi.
I use the app and follow the steps.
It cant find the base station!

...can I pair manually?
...can I connect directly to the base statio (I can see it as a wifi, with asking for a password)
...what can I do to get it to work????

Can you check the system via a browser at https://my.arlo.com

 

this will eliminate the possible phone issue as usu Blue led means connected

Hi Tom,

 

Thanks, good advice. I tested it, but unfortunately no identification despite multiple tries.

Any other ideas of what I should try?

Hold the reset button until the LED starts flashing amber. Try again.
