I cannot connect to my new Arlo ultra basestation to my Swisscom router
The light on the basestation is solid blue but my Arlo App cannot seem to find the basestation

Are you using a mobile device? Is it connected to the same network as the SmartHub?

Have you tried adding it from a PC using https://my.arlo.com ?
