Tried to add features however can't under the (1) year subscription free plan.  (1) year free is a scam as if you want anything better you need to pay above and beyond and for the the free plan.  I've lost the free plan along the way.  Costumer support is unable to help fix a subscription issue  without involving the IT team.  Very poorly run and maintained company that mandates excessive customer's time and troubleshooting assistance to fix their issues.  The nightmare continues and customer base continues to diminish.  They better get their act together otherwise they will be irrelevant in 6 months or less.  In the meantime I have a worthless system with no video library while they investigate how to subscribe me to a service they sell.  Get your company together Arlo before it's ByeLo!

What did you try to add that caused this? Do you have a support ticket I can reference and escalate as needed?
