I have installed 3 Arlo Ultra 2 Spotlight cameras with a VMB5000 which works great.
I want to purchase a subscription following the instructions of the support center.
The App refers me to the Web site.
The web site (my.arlo.com) shows Under Arlo Subscriptions "No Subscriptions" and no option to purchase one.
I try the Virtual Assistant which is of no help.
I ask it to escalate to a live agent and it says due to my lack of plan I am not entitled to engage with a live agent.
I tried with Chrome, Safari and a naked FireFox.
Somewhat counterproductive.
Sine I am logged in Arlo Support should be able to email me directly and I really would love to be able to buy a nPlan.

Where did you initially set up your account? If not in Germany, what country was it? I believe that country would be associated with your account, leading to no subscriptions being available. One way to fix this would be to go to Settings, Data Privacy, Account and delete your account completely. Then recreate the account and set the system back up again as if new.
