No. you're trying to use the "hub" term to be interchangeable between system and that can't be done. The camera has to connect via an Arlo hub and then you can use your Google Home Hub to stream the camera. To do so, you have to link your Arlo account with your Google Home account. Then you can command the Google hub to watch the camera.
