Arlo Ultra Camera sound issue

I got a sound issue with one of my Ultra cameras in my VMS5440 system. The other cameras are working excellent, but with one of the cameras I get no sound, just a humming noise. Motion detection works fine and I can speak to the camera using my iphone (or desktop), but no sound other than that humming. 

I would appreciate some help in this matter.
