2K and 4K recordings use the HEVC codec - which is not supported in Chrome or Firefox.

 

Edge on the other hand will often (but not always) play them.  You need to be using a PC with at least a 6th generation processor.  I also needed to install the Microsoft HEVC windows extension from the Microsoft store ($.099 USD).  Some others didn't need the extension, so maybe try accessing the library using Edge w/o it first.

Thanks, problem resolved- 1 PC is 6th generation the other is 3rd which I no longer use to try to view recordings.
