When I set up my Ultra system a month or so ago, I had this same problem. Try to login, enter the password and a page tries to load but then nothing happens.
I was able to figure out how to make it work back then (enabling Flash is part of it), but have since forgotten. I have enabled Flash, cleared the cookies, tried incognito...nada. Just wondering if another customer has figured this out.
To James C: please do NOT bother responding. This problem seems to come and go since 2017 and you just keep posting a circular link to this post: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Is-anyone-having-issues-with-logging-into-Arlo-using-Chrome-and/t....
That post doesn't solve a thing. Go look at that and see if there is an answer listed anywhere. Spoiler alert, there isn't. But post after post with this same problem (over multiple months) James C rolls in and says "Solved" with a link to that post.
So back to the only helpful Arlo customer support, the customers themselves: what is the latest work-around for the ever-recurring can't get the login page to work?
Thanks,
Joe
P.S. Great product but just an utter hot-mess on getting support. I've never seen such a quality product rely on forums on how to use their product. Their video on how to extend the range of their hubs is flat out wrong. A Wi-Fi extender does nothing to extend the range of smart hub. It took me a few days of reading forums (and one purchased and then returned extender) to figure that one out! You need another smart hub if you need to extend your range.

Yep. I figured it out a few hours after my original post and planned to post the answer today.
Great example of how forum based tech support doesn't work. I googled Arlo login problems instead of Kaspersky (why would I google Kaspersky??) and never found a post showing something that has been solved before but will continue to plague new customers in the future. I obviously found the solution a few months ago in an Arlo forum post, but there has to be a better way to find solutions to problems that keep repeating. This approach to problem solving is the best example of "re-inventing the wheel" I have ever encountered.
Here are the steps in order to help a future customer who has the same problems:
If you try to login and nothing happens: Turn Kaspersky off. Try again.
If you are logged in and your cameras wont show their live feed: Make sure you have Java enabled for that page (on Chrome you right-click on the little lock next to the URL.)
And thanks for your help jguerdat! Another fine Arlo support tech...err I mean customer.

Let me guess - you use Kaspersky software, right? A quick search here on "kaspersky" will get you directions to whitelist arlo.com. It's a fairly long-standing Kaspersky issue.
