Can’t change smart chime sound on Ultra Setup

I set up my new Arlo Ultra camera system and added a chime.  All is working as expected except I cannot change the chime sound.  It defaults to Modern 5 which is hideous.  In the chime melody editing, I choose Traditional 2, the green checkmark shows but there is no “save”, so when you press back, it reverts to modern 5.  How do I change the chime sound??

Just uses the checkmark - no save. Have you tried a web browser? Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app may also help.
