When I logged into the Arlo App on iOS the cameras and base station un-synced. Any clue to what’s going on? I re-synced then on my app. Now the cameras on my wife’s app has the same thing. How do I re-sync them without going out to each camera?

What makes you say they're "unsynced"? If you mean the message about being disconnected try force closing the app and reopen it. If that doesn't help, look at your hub to see what the LED is showing - should be a solid blue. It may be worth power cycling the hub to see if that helps.
