CVR timeline missing in new app

The new app has appeared on my iPhone and I can no longer see my cvr timeline. Cvr is still on my subscription - how do i view my cvr timeline?

- Launch the Arlo Secure App or log in to my.arlo.com.
- Tap or click Devices.
- Select the Arlo camera with CVR.
- Tap or click CVR.
- Mark as New

In my plan i can see which camera is on cvr, but when click on the respective camera feed or device, there is no button or cvr option. In myarlo page i can only see confirmation of my cvr subscription for which camera, but no option to actually watch the cvr.
How can i access my cvr feed. Did exactly what was recommeded by the moderator, but no cvr option anymore (and yes i paid for it)
UPDATE: it does work in my iphone app, but not in my ipad app. In the ipad app i can select a date, but then nothing happens while in the iphone app i get the option to choose versus feed or cvr

Are you on android or iOS? Can you also please provide which firmware you are on? Can you send a screenshot showing the missing timeline as well? Thank you.
