I have 4 camera's. 1 Ultra, and 3 Pro 2's. Base station is a VMB4000r3. Running on Android S23. App is version 6.3.2_6030202.
Everything works good during the day. Seems like at night the app goes to sleep. I get the notification in the top bar of the phone, and it records if something is detected, but nothing audible. I want the app to have an audible notification during the night to wake me up!!
I've checked the settings in the app, and phone.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Doug

It sounds like you have DND (Do Not Disturb) set on your phone at night. You can allow Arlo notifications to override that setting in the phone settings for the app, at least on Android.

I'm not sure how you set DND on the phone.....is that just the ringer/sound to silent?
If so I don't touch that before I got to bed. I want to be able to hear phone calls or hopefully Arlo camera notifications.
I looked into the app more and changed some settings to make sure it's active all the time and not sleeping. Also performance vs the normal.
Seems like it worked better for a couple days, but this morning nothing until I picked up the phone.
Any other help would be appreciated!!
Thanks,
Doug

Generally it's not just setting the ringer to silent or vibrate.
Do you use Android or iOS?

I use an iPhone myself, so I can't provide much guidance on settings.
