CVR plan takes away smart notifications and library recordings? Only getting "motion detected"?

I decided to try out the CVR plan a few days ago after being on the Elite plan for about a year. I get motion alerts but not the smart alert that shows what triggered the motion when you hold the notification. On the CVR plan I just get a "motion detected" alert and if I click it I am just taken to the Arlo app. I also do not have any of the events stored in the library. The only way to view the events is to go to the timeline and scroll. Is this how the CVR plan is supposed to function? The preview notification on the elite plan was a nice feature as well as the library of events.

You still need a smart plan for smart features if you cancelled it. CVR is a separate plan. It was that way when I had CVR and I don't believe it changed.
