Some cameras only detect motion but not record. Works with basic active mode but not custom.

Hello

 

I have 6 Arlo Ultra cameras which do work find in the mode "Active". Togehter with the Smart Abo, it does record and push a message with person/car/animal...

 

But: I am using Geofencing (at home, only 1 cam active, and at night 5 cams active). "Custom Mode Outside" 

 

There, i have the problem that some cams only detect motion but do not record. So it is working correctly with the basic active mode, but when I select my custom mode "outside", only 2 of 5 cams are recording correctly, the other 3 only detect and push a "motion detected"-notification, but without screenshot and no recording.

 

What might be the problem?


As said - the cams itself are working correctly in the activated-mode, which activates all cameras, but not in custom mode.

 

Checked all the setting and the 3 cams have the same settings as the 2 which are working correctly...

 

Very strange and annoying...


Any suggestions?

Argh. My bad.

I did not add a camera to record. 

 

So - I am happy with Arlo Ultra - although it's quite expensive...

Thanks - in the app this wasn't really straight forward. 

Did notice it in the web frontend.
