I've just bought the Arlo Ultra 4 Camera System, but the app on my iPhone can't discover my base station! I tried everything Arlo wrote at troubleshooting, but it doesn't work! The led of the base station is blue, so there is an internet connection. My iPhone and the base station uses the same internet connection. What can I do?

Try holding the reset button for >10 seconds, until the LED flashes amber. Let the hub reboot and try again. Make sure you're not using a VPN.

Thanks! I done that and I reset my router, and it works!
