Base won’t set up on app

I have been trying since 04/22/22 to set up my arlo. No luck and no one will call me back. So I go to you! The LED is blue and the base will connect to cameras, but none will connect to my app. Says there are no devices found….HELP!!! Arlo ultra 2

How did you connect the cameras to the base?  Using my.arlo.com?  Or a different phone/tablet with the app?
