ONE YEAR AGO I SPENT AROUND 1,000 POUNDS FOR ACQUIRING ARLO ULTRA CAMERAS AND HUB. 

I ALSO PAID AROUND 300 OUNDS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. ALL CAMERAS WORK EXTREMELY POORLY, CAN NOT ACTUALLY RECORD IN 4K EVEN CONNECTED BEING CONNECTED TO THE POWER.

 

THE MOST DISAPPOINTING THING IS THAT I CAN NOT CONNECT TO MY HUB THROUGH APP OR WEBSITE.

 

I TRIED:

RESEST THE HUB.

UNPLUG FOR 2 MINUTES.

DELETE APP

CREATE NEW USER

 

NOTHING IS WORKING

 

IS SHOWING BLUE LIGHT AND HUB IS 100% CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!

 

ARLO TEAM, HOW CAN I MAKE YOUR PRODUCT WORK???
