I like other customers had spent a lot of money on this product, only to have nothing but problems and issues with this piece of junk from the beginning ! Just like the other 100 or more customers , my base station kept going offline, from once a month, to once a day and absolutely the worst customer service for a high tech company. Its never their fault ,its you . The tech support would know more in making a sandwich at Subway, then any tech product, it is ridiculous. I have purchase a new camera system from their competitor and works properly right out of the box. Bye bye Arlo.
