Anyone else have just awful support? I called. I went thru 2000 prompts to get to a rep. Once I did get in contact, I could have a conversation where I could hear her and she could hear me. Then, ironically, because she was having difficulty translating my email address all of a sudden I get the curiosity disconnect line that she can’t hear me!
