Automation not working

Setup my Arlo automation and it is not working.  Seems very buggy ?  Screen shots of what I have

You don't understand the "Enable Lists", and they are all set incorrectly.

 

These lists are directly under the automation name.  They specify the modes in which the automations are active - NOT the mode you are wanting to switch to (which is in the action list).

 

Set both to run in both Arm Home and Standby.
