Hi.
Not possible to activate Auto Zoom and Tracking for Ultra camera connected to SmartHub VMB5000 and Arlo Secure Plus activated.
When slide the button (enable), and then navigate out of settings and back again to video settings the button is disabled again.
Best quality is selected.

Just tried it here and works fine. Have you rebooted the hub as well as the phone and maybe reinstalled the app?

Which version of the Arlo app is this occurring with? Does this occur over the web portal and Arlo app? May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
