Port forwarding not working or activating with linksys Velop and Xfinity cgm4981cm. When internal/external ports are added status shows as not available.

The xfinity is a gateway (router+modem), so there is a good chance you are double-routing.

Is the Velop set up as a router?  Or is it set up as an AP?

I needed to turn the modem to bridge mode. I thought it was. Thanks for the help.
