The past month I been having problems like (offline or getting information) then I have to do a factory reset while it’s got to the point I had to do a factory reset every day and I call customer service they had me to do it again and again then my smart hub stop work ok. I thought it’s was the hub, I got a new hub still does the same thing but when if goes (offline) I still get recording or when it goes in (getting information) I can still view live but no notifications. I check the internet cable, rebooted the modem, router and still nothing I also change the channel 1,6,11 but the crazy part it still has the solid blue light. When I check on my computer and my laptop is says armed but on my iPhone 11pro says the opposite.... I don’t know what to do please help
