please can anyone help.
I have singed up to a smart plan , I have a confirmation email. Now it says I have no plan so can see my camera recordings.
Tried contacting Arlo, biggest pile of crap trying to get an email so I can send them my list of problems. So I thought I would try the live chat. OH sorry that don't work either.
wish I had never seen these expensive cameras.
One alerts me so much I just switch it off
One of then keeps disconnecting from the hub so swapped cameras over to see if the problem followed the camera , yes it follows that camera.
Does anyone know an email to contact Arlo.

Jerrywood,
What do you see when you navigate to settings > subscription? Does it say you have an active subscription plan? If so, click manage cameras and make sure your cameras are participating in the Arlo Smart plan.
