I have set up my three cameras and have the app up and running, but in the subscription part of the app it says I do not have one. How do I activate my one year free subscription?? Any help please .....

Where did you buy the cameras? Where are you now?
It seems that subscriptions don't work with "exports" .

The free 1 year plan is only claimable in the country in which the system was purchased.
