Is anyone else having a problem getting the magnetic mount to fit tight against the surface? I screwed in the spacer with the screw snug and the mount was loose.

I finally got one to work. The big flat part of the white spacer goes away from the surface and not up against it.I guess that was the problem .

KGSRETIRED,
It sounds like you may need to tighten the screw. You should hear a "snap" when sliding the plastic stopper into place. Take a look here for instructions on this: How do I mount my Arlo Ultra camera using the magnetic wall mount?

Spacer is right way up ?
Needs to be with the wide end up under the screw head.

I have the same problem. I’m hugely disappointed in this cam, start to finish. The loose mounting is just icing at this point.
