Arlo ultra VMB5000r4 Homekit option missing

Still no luck in seeing Homekit option/menu in Arlo after selecting My devices -> arlo smart hub.
Arlo moderator has already reset the homekit token and I have restarted the base station a few times.

When I do scan from Apple Home -> add accessories, it does detect the base station however it then asks for the homekit code which is not printed on the base station. So cant add via Apple Home and cant add via arlo app either as i cant see homekit option in the app. Followed the steps in KB article but no luck. Please help.

I have a few questions for you:

  • Which version of the Arlo app are you using?
  • What device/Phone OS are you using?
  • Have you tried to remove re-install the Arlo app?

    Reinstalling the app worked. I was able to see Homekit option in the arlo app.
