Arlo app won’t work on mobile network only WIFI

My Arlo app will only work on WIFI network, not mobile.
I have an IPhone 12 with updated software. I also have the latest Arlo app.
I have also “offload” the app and restart but it still won’t work

Can you explain how it fails?  Does it allow you to log in?  Show your cameras (but perhaps offline)???

Screen shot attached. As soon as I click “log back in” it comes up with the red banner at the top saying no internet connection.
