Arlo Ultra stuck in "getting status" on S8+ but not on Samsung Tab 8.

Called support deleted App reloaded, worked once, now wont work, this is happening on my S8+ phone but not my Samsung tab 8.

Trosen,

 

Are you signed in to the same account on the S8+ or are you using a friend account through the Grant Access feature?

 

If you log out of the app entirely and log back in, do you experience the same behavior?

It did not fix the problem, even the Tablet had the same system error, took the system back to Best Buy, the amount of time wasted trying to get it to work I could just sit on a stool and watch the property myself!
