What mount can I buy that will work outside & mount to concrete?

The normal outdoor mount will work (VMA1000, VMA1000B).  The screw thread is standard, so third-party mounts will also work.

You might also be able to glue a mounting block to the wall (or use mounting tape to attach the block).
