Greeting

 

I have Arlo ultra purchased several months back , was working fine , currently I'm facing issue with the camera out focus ,the live streaming is showing blure not clear , I tried to :- 

1- cleaning the lens , charging , reseting , I tried all the possibilities without luck

 

appreciate your help

What does the signal strength indicator show for this camera? How far away from the SmartHub is the camera positioned?

 

Do you experience the same behavior on recordings and live streams?

thanks for your reply , the distance is very near only 10 feet , yes same issue facing while recording and live streaming

I have excellent speed 150/40. .....I have my second Arlo ultra camera without any issues , also I have Arlo pro 2 without issue

 

only I have the problem with one camera Arlo ultra , and as I have mentioned earlier everything was fine.

im not sure if the camera lens has technical issue from inside the lens maybe ?

If it's just one camera that has the issue, it could be specific to that camera. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
