- All but one of my cameras have gone offline again for the second time this year. I have to waste my time factory resetting all the cameras and re-adding them in. Why does Arlo have so many issues? The new app is also trash, I miss the old app.

Update: the cameras that were offline spontaneously came online in the middle of the night… no additional change applied … super random.

after talking to support. I have factory reset the cameras, followed all the instructions and even after the base station tells me the camera has been added successfully, it is still showing up as offline and I cannot connect to the camera. What do I do now?
