Hi,
Can someone from Arlo support contact me?
I have 2 Arlo ultra cameras
1 floodlight camera
2 Arlo pro 3 cameras.
All cameras have suddenly started to drain their batteries in 1-2 days.
All settings have been changed and cameras and bases have been updated.
I have found Arlo to be an absolute joke when it comes to support.
Please help me I have tried everything!!

Assuming that all cameras are connected to your hub(s), I'd start by looking at something nearby that also uses the 2.4GHz band that could be interfering with the signal, causing the cameras to struggle to stay connected. Since it happens to all cameras, look near the hub(s). How many hubs do you have and what models? Look on the bottom for a label that has VMBxxxx.
A possible fix is to move the hubs as far away from the router as practical.

Hi,
I have 2 base stations and one is VMB4540r2 and the other is a VMB4540r3.
I have tried moving them away from the router.
How can you tell if there is interference from something else?
thanks

It may not be an easy thing to do to find interference since a non-WiFi device can also use the 2.4GHz. band (I have a portable speaker that has a wireless adapter that uses 2.4GHz. and WiFi interferes with the signal). Look around for any new or moved devices that uses a wireless connection.
How close are the hubs to each other? They shouldn't be side-by-side so separate them from the router in different directions.
It's possible that something has just gone sideways and a system rebuild may be needed. That would mean removing all devices from your account, potentially resetting them, and then starting fresh. It can be a real PITA but that should clear out any weirdness.
