I have 2 Ultras, an Essential Spotlight and a Pro 1 all on one base station. One of my Ultras stopped detecting motion. If I push play in the app I can monitor live but it won't detect motion, send notifications or record. All 3 of my other cameras work as they should on the same base station.

 

I have removed the battery and rebooted the base station which didn't work. Then I removed the camera from devices, removed the battery for a while and re-added it to my devices to no fix. In the mode page everything is armed and my settings for this camera are the same as my other Ultra that is working fine.

 

Anyone have a solution to this issue? I have done the steps other similar postings have pegged as "solved".

Sounds like a faulty camera. Use the Contact Support link for a hardware problem.
