Hi All,

I just purchased the 2 camera Arlo Ultra kit. Set up no problems, Ethernet into a Telstra T-Gateway modem/router. Every 20 minutes of so I lose connection to the internet. The wireless still connects but ‘No internet connection detected’. Sometimes it comes back, but usually unplug smart hub and restart modem.

Everything was fine before connecting and everything runs interruption free for hours if I disconnect it now

 

Any ideas?. Not much use if they disconnect from the internet when I’m not home...

Is it your entire Internet access or just WiFi? If WiFi, try moving the hub away from the router.

Hi jguerdat, it seems to be the internet connection. I can still access the wifi network and the internet light on the modem seems ok, but I get the message on all devices that the the internet connection is not available.

The hub was right next to the router, so I’ve moved it away to see if it helps.
