Arlo Ultra cameras with Smart Hub were working but now are not

My Arlo system has been working for many years, but sometime during the last couple of days the Arlo Smart Hub has a communication error (blinking Amber ligth0 and cannot access the cameras. I have unplugged and replugged the smart hub with exactly the same result. How can I get the Smart Hub to reconnect to the cameras?

Can you see the base wifi network on your phone? (You can't join it, but you should be able to see it when the phone searches for wifi).
Have you tried removing/reinserting the battery in one of the cameras?
