Since the app update on the 20/06/2024 the base station cannot be seen by the app, which tells me that it is offline, yet the light on the front is blue telling me that it is connected to the internet. I have tried factory reset, re-installing but nothing work. Does anybody have a UK support email or telephone number for me to contact.

 

I have tried support@arlo.co.uk  with no success.

If you have a subscription, use the app to go to Settings, Support and (hopefully, since you've removed devices) select a camera or hub. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer. 

 

Otherwise the mods here may need to get involved - @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN
