Arlo Ultra and Pro Smart Things - Doesn’t recognise a Arlo Account

I’ve read that Smart Things doesn’t work with Ultra Camera but does with Pro and Pro 2, I have one Pro on my Base... so why does Smart Things put up an error that I do not own any devices on this account when I do have one comparable camera or is it that my Smart Hub is the issue?

checked it out once and I believe it's the hub that needs to be recognized which won't be at this point with the Ultra hub.  Won't swear to it but that's how it appeared to me.
