Currently, I'm on the 1-year Premier trial plan that came with my 4-cam Ultra setup. I was wondering if anyone noticed a big difference in their recording playback when they upgraded to the Elite Plan on their Ultra's?

Specifically during evening/low light recordings. I don't necessarily have much hope because when I see the camera's video during local 4k live streaming, it's not particularly great where I'm at.

Just curious to get some advice from someone who might know! Thanks in advance!

First, the Elite and Premier plans are legacy plans. You might want to check into the current plans.

ANy of the plans don't affect night recordings. They DO affect the available resolution with lesser plans offering 2k recordings and the top tier offering 4k.

Low light recordings rely on the spotlight or IR LEDs for recording. Without the spotlight, which is only 100 lumens, you get B&W recordings which are more grainy than the color recordings. The spotlight likely is there to minimally provide color recordings. So, if not using the spotlight the recordings will not be as sharp but using the spotlight won't exactly light up the area. If that's what you need, a Pro 3 FLOODLIGHT would be the better solution.
