I have black cameras on a dark paint house. Are the outdoor cables paintable or any plans for a black version?

I don't know if they are paintable.

There are some black third-party cables out there (for example Wasserstein) - though Arlo recommends staying with Arlo-branded accessories).

I have never known and outdoor cable that couldn't be painted given the jacket they have to be outdoor cables
