How far from the SmartHub is the camera? Poor connectivity is often the cause for cameras dropping offline.
Do you recall how many bars of signal strength were shown in the app prior to the camera dropping offline?

If the power meter is emitting RF signals (smart meter?) it's possible that the signal could be interfering with the camera. You can try swapping cameras to see if that makes a difference before repositioning it.

I would move the Ultra base as far away from the wifi router as possible... used the supplied cable and had issues, moved it 20 ft or so away and problems stopped.
Morse is faster than texting!
