I am seeing ghosting on my CVR playback.
I have arlo smart premier with 14 day cvr.
I have also attached my speeds and my signal strength is full bars.
Recording at 4K.

On this camera that has CVR, the live video really is not playing at all. My other camera with no CVR that is actually further away or about the same distance plays fine but doesn't have CVR because it is not plugged in.
Is there other internet activity on the network that this system is connected to? CVR requires more bandwidth than a camera with no CVR. Your ISP speed could be the issue here.
