Hi All,
I've just set up my Arlo Ultra kit with 4 cameras and 3 Arlo HD cameras.
I've got 1 Ultra camera which motion detection doesn't work. I have to keep unpairing it from the Base then it works for a couple of days then stops again and so on. Watching live video is fine on it all the time.
I've checked the settings and all is well and when I do a motion detection test on the camera it doesn't detect anything (no light) so definitely something Arlo's end.
Does anyone have a permenant fix for this from experiences or is it just a case of me having to unpair and RE sync the Camera every day (assume that would be Arlo's fix)?

It could easily be the camera hardware, so you should contact support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

They don't seem to want to help. Fighting with them to get the camera replaced under RMA, but refusing to send me the return details.

You can provide the case number to one of the mods (perhaps via a private message), so they can escalate.
BTW, you send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum.
