Arlo Ultra Activity Zone available only on one camera

I have he Arlo Ultra with 3 cameras. Only one of the camera's allows me to set an Activity Zone. Is this correct or should all 3 allow me to set zones? The other 2 don't even have the option to set Activity Zones.

You should be able to set up on all cams. You do need a subscription if on battery, if on AC the cam does not. Not sure if it will not give you the option at all but it will give the AC not connected error. If that is not you issue have you tried removing the battery and reinserting them or removing the cams effected in Device setting and re adding. Any details would help here.
